Olfa Hamdi
Meet
Olfa Hamdi is a global expert in the strategic, construction-driven planning and execution of capital projects. She is an American-trained engineer, inventor and Silicon Valley entrepreneur who founded the Advanced Work Packaging Institute before co-founding Concord Project Technologies in 2016. Olfa is a recognized international expert in the field of project management and a credited co-author of the three-volume industry bible on Advanced Work Packaging implementation. She led multiple audit missions of capital projects while working with Independent Project Analysis. She holds a Master of Science in Capital Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution for construction disputes from Texas School of Law.
Kelcey Henderson
Meet
Kelcey is one of the original founders of Continuum Advisory Group and has played a
key role in the organization’s goal of transforming the construction industry through
revolutionary innovation. As President of the firm, Kelcey works with capital asset
owners, utilities, contractors, engineering firms, building material suppliers,
homebuilders, and construction industry associations. She specializes in strategic
planning facilitation and the development of Lean and integrated teams, supporting
clients such as General Motors and Procter & Gamble. As a founding member of Continuum Advisory Group, Kelcey has been instrumental in start-up and development of
the organization. She has developed several management tools for improving overall business productivity and is
responsible for leading the firm in operational strategy. Kelcey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management with a concentration in
marketing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
