Olfa Hamdi is Chairwoman of Concord® Academy. She served as lead researcher on the Construction Industry Institute's seminal guide to Advanced Work Packaging (2013) and authored "Advanced Work Packaging: Guide to Life Cycle Implementation." Olfa Hamdi co-founded Concord® Project Technologies, a global professional project advisory services company. She has led AWP transformation and implementation on multi-billion dollar capital projects globally, conducted program audits for multi-billion dollar portfolios, and developed Predictability Thinking® blueprints for major oil and gas and mining owner organizations at the executive level. An American-trained engineer, Olfa Hamdi established AWP certification standards delivered in multiple languages, developed AWP assurance review protocols, and created professional competency frameworks adopted across the capital projects industry.

Instructor Bio:

Andrew Foy is a Construction Industry professional with 15 years of Capital Project experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He gained 10 years experience as a Project Manager, executing capital projects in Canada, to understand all facets of project delivery working for large Construction contractors.

He then transitioned to a full-time AWP Manager role in 2015, spending five years establishing AWP programs for three large downstream organizations, covering projects ranging from $100 million to several billion. This AWP experience includes early planning efforts during the engineering phases through to implementation of Work Face Planning in the field, including responsibility for writing AWP procedures for these clients and training of client and contractor personnel.
