Olfa Hamdi

Meet

Olfa Hamdi is a global expert in the strategic, construction-driven planning and execution of capital projects. She is an American-trained engineer, inventor and Silicon Valley entrepreneur who founded the Advanced Work Packaging Institute before co-founding Concord Project Technologies in 2016. Olfa is a recognized international expert in the field of project management and a credited co-author of the three-volume industry bible on Advanced Work Packaging implementation. She led multiple audit missions of capital projects while working with Independent Project Analysis. She holds a Master of Science in Capital Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution for construction disputes from Texas School of Law.

Chehade "Che" Kassouf

Meet

Chehade "Che" Kassouf (Mech. Engineer) is an experienced Project Manager with 22 years of experience working in the construction industry. Today he is VP of Operations at BlackSmithSoft. Skilled in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Workface planning (WFP), BIM, system integration, and project controls, Che has worked for some of the largest contractors including Consolidated Contractors Company, BEMCO, and several JVs including Fluor, Technip, JGC, Chiyoda, Saipem, and Chevron. Projects he has served on include commercial, infrastructure and oil and gas projects in the US, Malaysia, Germany, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Qatar, Equatorial Guinea, and Oman. His most recent AWP project was to champion the WFP operation at the Tengiz Chevron project in Kazakhstan. Che has helped develop several industry-leading initiatives including CII's (formerly FIATECH) ISO 15926 data exchange standard (Industrial automation systems and integration—Integration of life-cycle data for process plants including oil and gas production facilities). He was awarded the FIATECH STAR award 2013 for his efforts in the project.
