Copyright and Usage Terms

The AWP certification materials and AWP eBook ("the Materials") are protected by copyright law.

Individual License (Single User)

Individual purchases grant a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal professional development only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell the Materials
• Copy or reproduce any part of the Materials
• Use the Materials for commercial purposes or training others
• Create derivative works or incorporate content into corporate training programs

Corporate/Employer-Sponsored License

Corporate purchases grant a fixed number of individual user licenses (as specified in the purchase order). Each licensed seat is assigned to one named individual for their professional development. The employer may not:

• Share Materials between unlicensed employees
• Reproduce or distribute Materials beyond licensed users
• Incorporate Materials into corporate training programs or procedures
• Create derivative works

Institutional/Academic Licensing

Universities, training organizations, or companies requiring broader distribution rights must obtain a separate institutional licensing agreement. Contact [email protected] for institutional licensing.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and legal action under applicable copyright laws.
