Olfa Hamdi
Olfa Hamdi is a co-inventor of the Advanced Work Packaging Methodology as a member of the research team RT-272 of the Construction Industry Institute (CII). She is a global expert in the strategic, construction-driven planning and execution of capital projects. She is an American-trained engineer, inventor and Silicon Valley entrepreneur who founded the Advanced Work Packaging Institute before co-founding Concord Project Technologies in 2016. Olfa is a recognized international expert in the field of project management and a credited co-author of the three-volume industry bible on Advanced Work Packaging implementation. She led multiple audit missions of capital projects while working with Independent Project Analysis. She holds a Master of Science in Capital Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution for construction disputes from Texas School of Law.
Andrew Foy
Andrew Foy is a Construction Industry professional with 15 years of Capital Project experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He gained 10 years experience as a Project Manager, executing capital projects in Canada, to understand all facets of project delivery working for large Construction contractors.
He then transitioned to a full-time AWP Manager role in 2015, spending five years establishing AWP programs for three large downstream organizations, covering projects ranging from $100 million to several billion. This AWP experience includes early planning efforts during the engineering phases through to implementation of Work Face Planning in the field, including responsibility for writing AWP procedures for these clients and training of client and contractor personnel.

Sergion Arone
Sergio Arone is a global expert in the execution of capital projects, with more than 23 years of experience in the Energy sector working for world-class companies such as Exxonmobil, Techint, and Worley. He has led and consulted on projects for companies such as YPF , Livent, Saudi Aramco, Tenaris, and Yara among others. Sergio has been involved in Advanced Work Packaging since 2017 as a sponsor of the methodology, and he is currently part of the advisory board of the AWP South America Community of Practice. Mr. Arone is a Chemical Engineer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and he has a postgraduate degree in project management. Sergio is a certified professional certification in Advanced Work Packaging, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
